BECK is a motorcycle accessories maker founded in New York in 1914. They released original rider jackets and a wide variety of motorcycle accessories. They also established system to set out collaborative OEM production with other companies. Number of their items increased year by year and they became the coast-to-coast motorcycle accessory maker.
In 50’s, a half type is the mainstream as for the commercial helmet. Because there was no classification criterion between professional and amateur uses, the helmets used for touring and racing such as dirt track had the same specification. In the times without duty of helmet use, motorcycle riding with a helmet was luxurious and exclusive statuses. Thus, at that time, a helmet was high-grade goods for motorcyclist and had special aspects of exquisite workmanship.
